 About the device:

• The tip-up winder is a hand held motorized tool used for winding the line back onto the spool of a tip up when it is time to go home. 
   
•  The tip up winder comes standard with a built in chuck that fits over the Artic, Beaver dam, Polar tip-ups etc...
